For this first-ever beer pairing brunch collaboration with Fair Isle, Chef Kinga will lean into her passion for developing elevated breakfast dishes to the next level. She will combine the warmth and simplicity of home-style brunch favorites, married with the sophistication and elegance of her classical French culinary training.
